If you’re a pickup truck fan, you already know that the 2019 RAM 1500 was a big deal when it first debuted, and it still is. Packed with powerful eTorque technology and an available towing capacity of over 12,000 lb; this year’s RAM truck has truly impressed us.

Just when we thought we’d gotten our fill, FCA US LLC announced that a “heavy duty pickup truck” will debut later this month at the Detroit Auto Show (aka the North American International Auto Show.) Here at our RAM dealership, we couldn’t have been more excited to hear the news earlier today.

RAM 2020 HD Details

What could a truck that’s even more heavy duty than the 2019 RAM 1500 be capable of?

Unfortunately, we don’t have that answer yet. In fact, no details have been released on this new RAM truck, besides the fact that it will come in 2500 and 3500 models. Also, the new RAM truck will have the same trim levels as the RAM 1500: Tradesman, Bighorn, Laramie, Rebel, Laramie Longhorn, and Limited.

FCA US LLC is scheduled to interview about the car on January 14th, so more information should be released then.

When Will the 2020 RAM HD Arrive in the Dealership?

We aren’t sure when the 2020 RAM HD will arrive at our auto dealership in Barrington, IL. But what we do know is that our dealership, Wickstrom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, is anxiously awaiting its arrival. If you want to be the first to take it for a test drive, be sure to stay posted with our new inventory.

You can also contact us for more information about this and other RAM trucks. Happy new year!
